Friedberg PC attorneys are actively involved in multiple professional associations. They use their knowledge and experience to provide legal educational content for our clients’ trade associations. Our attorneys also hold board positions and actively write and lecture on topics of interest for many of these organizations.

The American Bar Association (ABA)
Jeremy Friedberg is Co-chair of the Litigation Section, Creditors Rights Litigation Subcommittee and Chair of the Business Law Section, Commercial Loan Documentation Subcommittee. He recently appeared on a televised panel discussion on loan document drafting, produced by the ABA.

The Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys (ACFA)
Friedberg PC has long been a major contributor to ACFA. Jeremy Friedberg has also provided writing and lectures for ACFA members and is currently a member of the ACFA executive board. Jeremy also served as President of ACFA.

The Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA)
Jeremy Friedberg is past chair of the Business Law Section, Uniform Commercial Code Committee.
